RepTime Remote & Associate Version

RepTime Remote User is an additional component to the RepTime Main Office program. The Remote User version allows users to access and enter information into the RepTime database from a remote site without the need for continuous internet access. Information that is entered into the RepTime Remote User program is synchronized with the information in the RepTime Main Office, such that both systems will remain up-to-date.

RepTime Associate is a additional component to the RepTime Main Office program. The Associate version is specifically designed for use by salespeople on the road. This program may be used to enter orders and manage customer information in their territory. This program provides maximum access to pertinent data and tools to improve the effectiveness of reps on the road, while preventing reps to view confidential company information.

Key Benefits of Remote User & Associate User

RepTime offers the ability for multiple users to connect into the Main Office from their laptops or desktops. These users are generally Remote users who are managers in the field or Associate users who are the sales reps in the field.

Remote Users in the Field

The Remote user has the ability to perform all tasks that are handled in the Main Office. Synchronization of the Remote user and Main Office can be completed simply by clicked one button and having an internet connection.

Associate Users in the Field

Sales reps in the field have the freedom to create and manage customers assigned to them in their territory. Associate users can run various reports to generate sales figures and analytical data for future use with strategic approach. Associate users also have the ability to transmit orders to manufacturers and customers at all times allowing them to manage their customers more efficiently while lifting the burden from the Main Office.
