The RepTime Automation program will electronically upload invoices and commissions into your RepTime database. We guarantee that RepTime Automation will be: more efficient; more effective (fewer errors); faster; and far less costly than manual data-entry! Many Rep Groups spend 20 or more hours a week managing data entry. Now you can enter 300 in less than 5 minutes. Likewise, the commission entry process is just as fast! No need to file each invoice! The program will automatically generate three reports after it inputs invoices and commissions: 1) a complete list of all items that were successfully imported; 2) a list with invoices that need attention, such as direct factory orders, and 3) a list of charge backs. Save and/or print these lists for your records.

Requirements
User must have RepTime Main Office Software and experience for more than 3 to 6 months to begin using the automated invoicing and commissioning feature. Please contact RepTime Support for more information regarding the automation utility.

RAM Memory	Minimum size 2048MB (Megabyte) or 2GB (Gigabyte)
CD-ROM	Any type of CD-ROM will work. However, Read/Write CD-RW can be used for backups and transfer of data, as well as installation of software.
Network Connection (LAN)	Standard high-speed internet is recommended. DSL or Cable internet work well with RepTime. A static IP Address is also recommended for server use.
