Information Center
There are two ways to access the Information Center for the Home Office, the Companion, and the Associate as shown below you could go to the Main Menu and under Home Office / Companion / Associate Button you will scroll down and click on Information Center .

 

 

 

·         After you open the Information Center, you will see one of the following two windows shown on the next page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the Home Office and Companion users, your Information Center will appear as shown below.

 

 

 

 

As for the Associate users, your Information Center will appear as shown below.

 

 

 

Now that you are in the Welcome Tab of the Information Center, you are ready to use the new features which will allow you to easily manage your information.  Before you begin please read the following descriptions and methods of using each of the features to better understand the software.

 

 


 

The first feature simplifies the use of Faxing Orders to Customers. After you click on Fax New Orders to Customers (shown to the right) you will see a new window that appears with a list of all your customers and fax numbers (shown below).

 

 

 

In the Fax Customers Window, you could view all your open customers and be able to fax new orders with a single mouse click.

 

  1. Select the Customer.
  2. Edit their info to show the Fax Number.
  3. Tag the customer(s).
  4. Choice any desired options as needed (Printing Options, Sorting Options, etc.)
  5. Last choice Fax Tagged or Fax All.

 

Note: Be sure to have all Fax numbers entered. You can do this by double clicking on the name of the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This feature simplifies the use of sending orders to MFGs. After you click on Send new orders to Manufacturer (shown to the right) you will see a new window that appears with a list of all your manufacturers and fax numbers (shown below).

 

 

 

 

In the Send Orders to Manufacturers window, you could view your open orders and be able to choice which method to send information to the mfg’s.

 

  1. Select the Manufacturer.
  2. In the MFG Maintenance window, select the Notes/Export Order Info.
  3. Under the “Export Order File Type”, choice the method for sending the information.
  4. Save and Exit back to the Sending Orders window.
  5. Tag the Manufacturer(s).
  6. Choice any desired options as needed (Printing Options, Sorting Options, etc.)
  7. Last Fax Tagged or Fax All.

 

Note: Be sure to have all Fax numbers entered and the Send Method selected. You can do this by double clicking on the name of the manufacturer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For all RepTime Associate Users only will see the “Synchronize your orders with the Home Office” (shown to the right). This feature is also a shortcut to Exporting data to send to Home Office.  

 

 

 

 

  1. To send your orders to the Main Office and to receive any updates, click on Synchronize your orders with the Main Office.

 

 

  1. Click on Synchronize.  After RepTime synchronizes your system, you will see a status report of all records that were synced. Then RepTime will ask to be re-loaded (restart). Click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Detailed View Tab

 

 

 

In this window you can view all your orders by selecting the desired viewing options. You could also select what you want done with the orders printed, saved, or faxed, etc.

 

Note: For the Fax Option you could set default settings in the Print/Fax Options located in the Preferences under Options in the Main Menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Print/Fax Options Tab

 

 

 

In this window you can set the print and fax settings. If you need to set your Fax settings you could click on the “Set Windows dialing Properties” which will open the Windows Phone and Modem Options. After you have set your phone and modem settings you should be able to send faxes.

 

 

Remember that you could also set these default settings in the Preferences under Options in the Main Menu.
