How to send orders/emails from RepTime

Setup your email with RepTime

1) Go to Options
2) Click on Preferences

3) In the new window click on the tab Email/Fax Options.

4) Check the two boxes that say “Include Cover Sheet “for both Customer and Manufacturer.

5) Fill out all the information you can for the Sender Name, Fax, and Phone.

NOTE: You may also put a brief line for Subject and Message. For example,
“Please review this order and confirm delivery.”

6) Last go to Email Options

                -Select the “Send e-mail via the RepTime email server” option.
                -Check the box below “Copy the reply email on sends”

7) Under Enter a valid reply e-mail address…put YOUR email address next to the “From:” location.

8) You can now send orders instantly out of your RepTime program.
